Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Free Shipping
We offer free USPS First Class Package shipping on all domestic orders.
HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED?
If you are buying a subscription then we will deliver on: The first 8 business days of your order at the most, but likely within 2-5 days. After your first order we process payments on the 10th day of every month. (our cut-off window is the 17th)
Cut-off windows create an interval between the day a customer goes through checkout and when we bill a customer again for their recurring order. Checkout orders submitted before the cut-off day will have the next order process on the upcoming order date. If a customer orders after the set cut-off day, their next order will skip the next upcoming order date.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer international shipping to the following countries:
- Europe
- Canada
- U.S. Outlying Islands
- New Zealand
Free USPS First Class Package shipping is not valid on international orders.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
